- 4. Weather & FAA Compliance
All drone operations are conducted in accordance with FAA Part 107 regulations. Services may be delayed or canceled due to weather, temporary flight restrictions (TFRs), or other regulatory constraints. Safety and compliance always take priority.
- Pricing is based on documentation scope, not flight time
- Payment terms are provided in advance and may vary by project
- Payment is due as outlined in your service agreement or invoice
Late payments may result in delayed delivery or suspension of future services.
- 6. Deliverables & Turnaround
Deliverables may include photos, videos, reports, or digital files delivered electronically. Estimated turnaround times are provided but not guaranteed, especially during high-volume storm events.
- 7. Storm Event Services & Conditions
During declared or significant storm events (including but not limited to hurricanes, tropical storms, severe wind, hail, or flooding events), Elevate360 Aerial may offer storm response documentation services.
The following additional terms apply to storm-related services:
- High-Demand Scheduling
Storm response services are performed on a first-available basis. Estimated scheduling and turnaround times may be extended due to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, access limitations, and high service volume. - Priority Clients
Existing contract clients, recurring inspection clients, and pre-established partners may receive priority scheduling during storm events. - Pricing Adjustments
Storm event pricing may differ from standard service rates due to increased demand, safety considerations, expedited turnaround requests, or deployment logistics. All pricing will be disclosed prior to service. - Documentation Scope
Storm services are limited strictly to visual condition documentation at the time of capture. Elevate360 Aerial does not determine causation, coverage eligibility, repair scope, or insurance outcomes. - Site Conditions & Safety
Services may be delayed, modified, or canceled due to unsafe conditions, debris, standing water, unstable structures, or FAA restrictions. Safety and regulatory compliance take precedence over timelines. - No Guaranteed Outcomes
Elevate360 Aerial does not guarantee that documentation will result in insurance approval, claim payment, or repair authorization. Final determinations rest solely with insurers, adjusters, engineers, or property owners. - Delivery Timing Disclaimer
During large-scale storm events, delivery timelines are best-effort estimates only and not guaranteed.
- Storm response services are documentation-only and do not constitute an inspection, damage assessment, or professional opinion.
